Flower Freshness and Quality
Each flower has different characteristics and perform differently than others that may be in the same vase. Nature is not always perfect either. We do guarantee the freshness of the product for 3-5 days under normal conditions. If after 3-5 days and certain flowers begin to fade away, just remove those from the vase and adjust some of the other flowers so that can continue to bring joy into your life. By removing flowers as the wade away, you can continue to enjoy by moving to a smaller vase for the flowers that are still vibrant.
With the Breen's Guarantee, if you feel your flowers are not performing to the their highest standards, give us a call. We will replace your arrangement with a another and will pick up the original to bring back to our store for our quality control team.
Delivery Schedule
Our team of drivers on the road bright and early make deliveries throughout the city. Houston is large and we have a lot of ground to cover. We attempt to make deliveries by their requested times. But remember, times are requests and not guaranteed. If you must have it there by a certain time that does not fall in our normal deliver run, give us a call. We have a HOT SHOT service that may be just what your looking for.
